1. Delivery Fees and Structure
Our delivery charges are calculated based on the distance and location of the delivery address from our primary distribution hub.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Harare Area: Deliveries within the greater Harare area are typically completed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Outside Harare (Major Cities/Towns): Deliveries to other major cities and towns in Zimbabwe generally take 3 to 7 working days.
Rural/Remote Areas: Delivery times for remote areas will be confirmed upon order processing and may take longer than the standard timeframe.
Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to logistical availability and current conditions. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
3. Delivery Procedure
Order Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message detailing your order and estimated delivery window.
Scheduling: Our logistics team will contact you to confirm the exact delivery time and ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
Proof of Delivery: Upon successful delivery, the recipient must present a valid ID and sign a Proof of Delivery (POD) form. Please inspect your item for damage before signing the POD.
Assisted Unloading: For large or heavy appliances, please ensure sufficient assistance is available at the delivery location, as our drivers may be limited in offering internal placement services.
4. Tracking Your Order
We utilize Aptility Digital’s robust systems to provide clear tracking updates. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery and may receive tracking details that allow you to follow your shipment’s progress online.
